Caught milling ‘bout the Mall,

Explain’d, “Black guys with sky-blue eyes

The Walrus and the Whip-poor-will

Stroll’d Sarasota's streets.

The Walrus wore his Wellies;

The poor Whip-poor-will wore cleats.

“On lengthy routes,” said she, “no boots:

My instep overheats.
